The main goal for the physical education program at St. Dennis is to help students understand the link between physical activity and health. Students will be provided the opportunity to learn motor skills necessary to participate in a wide variety of physical activities hoping to convince even the most skeptical, least athletic students that physical activity is fun.
Physical education for elementary and primary grades will consist of the major sports of football, volleyball, basketball and soccer, as well as many motor skill games.
The middle school students will also participate in the above physical activities as well as lifetime sports such as tennis, golf and softball.
