| The Band Program at St. Dennis | ||

Our Band Program is coordinated by Mr. Golner. Band is offered to all students in grades 4-8 at St. Dennis. The band performs a Christmas and a Spring Concert every year, as well as the opening ceremony for Field Day. In addition, middle school band students can perform at a music festival in February, and perform for school masses throughout the school year.
The band program at St. Dennis is provided by Musical Youth, Inc. www.musicalyouth.com. The students receive a weekly band lesson and full group rehearsal. All students who participate during the school year can choose to take summer lessons or participate in Musical Youth's annual summer band camp (held at St. Dennis!) In addition, middle school students who complete level 2 are eligible to participate in the Honor Band. Don't miss this year's Band Concerts at St Dennis: Christmas Band Concert on Tuesday, December 17th, at 7:00 in the gym. Spring Band Concert on Tuesday, May 13th, at 7:00 in the gym. |
