Registration
Students are enrolled in the Faith Formation Program when the Faith Formation class, GIFT session, and volunteer opportunity forms are completed and returned with the fee. Students will not be placed on a class list until the forms, accompanied with the fee, are returned. No child will be denied classes for financial reasons. Partial scholarships may be obtained by contacting Deacon David Hendrickson.Forms and fees may be returned in person to the Faith Formation Office in the Parish Center or by mail to:

Parishoner - $70.00 per student – includes student(s) parent(s) GIFT fees
Non-parishoner - $100.00 per student – includes student(s) parent(s) GIFT fees
